A: No. Besides the copyright laws that exist, it would be unethical for us to steal another designer's work. We will take a look, discuss what it is about the site that you like, and create an original that you'll enjoy.
Q: Do you use flash or javascript in your designs?
A: Yes, we use both flash and javascript in our slideshows. We can also use javascript for scrolling text, a time/date stamp, or other fun additions.
Q: How long will it take for you to build my website?
A: It depends on the size and complexity of the site. Once we decide on a layout, and we receive your photos and text, we will have a rough draft layout for you in about a week. Start to finish, most web pages take about a month to complete. You can expedite the process by gathering your photos and writing your page text now.
Q: Can I view the progress you are making on my website?
A: Yes, we will provide you with a link to be able to view your site as it is being developed. We will begin by working on the layout of the main (index) page and for all secondary pages. We will be asking for your feedback throughout the process. Once the design for those pages is completed and approved by you, we will develop the rest of the site. All changes to the general layout of the site should be requested prior to your final approval. Any changes requested after final approval will be billed at our hourly rate of $50/hr.
Q: Are there any hidden costs or fees?
A: No, all our fees are clearly stated on our Prices and Plans page. Additional details on our services can be found by clicking on any of the 
images on that page.
Q: When do I pay you? What if I'm not happy with the finished product?
A: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your webpage. We know you'll be happy with the finished product because we rely on your input throughout the entire process. Your approval will be required at numerous places throughout the development of your site, so there are no surprises in the end. We require a $50.00 deposit to begin the design process. Only when you've given your final approval to the finished product will we require payment in full (minus your $50 deposit). Your website will be "live" within 24 hours of final payment. Please note, in the case of personal checks, your website will be launched once the bank assures us your check has cleared. Please allow up to two weeks for that process.
Q: How do I pay you?
A: Upon completion of the site, we will send you an e-mail. You'll find an attached invoice (.pdf file) that you gives a detailed description of the work completed on your website. In that e-mail, you'll be given a link to a page on our site where you'll be able to pay securely online using a Paypal account if you have one; otherwise, you may use a major credit card. We also accept personal checks and money orders, although that does create a delay in the launching of your site while we wait for the check to clear.
